Welcome to the City of Anthony Records Request Form. Access to public records is one of the fundamental rights afforded to people in a democracy. Any person can request to inspect public records by filling out a public record request form below and submitting it to the City Clerk. The request should contain the name, address, and telephone number of the person seeking access to the records. The cost of making copies is $1.00 per page up to 11”x17”, other fees will be charged if you need USB or CD copies.
