The Mayor, Board of Trustees and City Manager have passed Ordinance N0. 2022-001 on January 19th 2022 an Ordinance Authorizing the City of Anthony (“Grantee”) to Enter into a Grant Agreement with the New Mexico Environment Department (“NMED”) for the Purpose of Obtaining Project Grant Funds in the Amount of $323,520.00 Designating the Use of the Funds for the Purpose Deified in the Most Current Project Description Form as Approve by NMED; Declaring the necessity for the Grant; Prescribing other Details Concerning EPA Grant Agreement OSG 001 for South Anthony Arroyo Project.
